These authentic Polish Pączki are made from my very own Busia’s original recipe, the same recipe that filled our family kitchen with laughter, powdered sugar, and love every Fat Tuesday season. Soft, rich, and generously filled, they are handcrafted the old-fashioned way, just as Busia taught us.
